The E61 group continuously has hot water flowing through it, offering a high degree of temperature stability. It also is designed to have a brief, built-in pre-infusion, enhancing the flavour and balance of each shot.

Knowing the exact temperature of each boiler along with the boiler and pump pressure gauges ensures you never accidentally pull a bad shot because you weren t aware of what was going on inside the machine.

Handy Features

When you re ready to steam milk, both no-burn wands are cool to the touch with the exception of the nozzles allowing easy access and control. The cup warmer on top of the machine keep your mugs nice and warm, so you never have to worry about accidentally pulling a great shot into a cold cup.

And just in case, the auto-off function turns the machine off if the boiler starts to run dangerously low on water to keep your machine free from harm.
