The Science
To create the best baking results ingredients such as butter should be used at room temperature. This allows the sugar to evenly distribute throughout the mixture resulting in an even rise and fluffier texture when baked. If cold butter is used the sugar cannot evenly distribute which results in large air pockets and an uneven rise. Using melted butter straight from the microwave for your baking can result in soggy and dense results as the sugar releases water from the hot butter.
7 variable speeds offer control and precision from delicate meringues to cookie dough and includes Burst of Power feature to handle thick batters.
The mixer (JM7000 only) comes with stainless steel beaters, dough hooks and a whisk to complete a range of mixing tasks from beating and mixing, to kneading and whisking. The mixer, all the attachments and the cord can be handily stored in the storage case to help keep cupboards neat and tidy.
