What is a precut

Precut fabrics are fabrics from the same "family" that compliment and "go with" each other. You won't have to worry about them clashing in colours and styles. They are the simplest and best way to get a full matching set of fabrics all at once. They come in various styles and colour ranges.

They usually consist of approx 40ish fabrics and sometimes have the fabrics repeated in the pack as well. The name of the fabric is the colour range and the styles are listed below.

Moda, Robert Kaufman are not the only brands of precuts there is. Many other companies make precuts in very good quality fabrics that are just as good.

I often get asked how much does a pack make up. Well that really depends on your pattern and how much you cut them up. The more you cut up and sew, the smaller the finished piece, as you have more seams. A jelly roll by itself, could end up being a throw size, but add in a other fabrics and borders it could be as big as a Queen.
