Acoustic or inductive sound

sonumaxx-2.4 is available with two different receiver types: a) with a stethoscope receiver and b) with the compact pocket receiver. The latter offers a wide range of choice regarding listening components, including inductive listening for users of hearing systems or CI-implants.

With an adjustable volume ofup to 120 dB, the sonumaxx-2.4 offers balanced and clear sound even in the higher amplification range.

The 2.4 GHz digital transmission between transmitter and receiver is remarkably stable, secure and resistant to interference.

The sonumaxx-2.4 transmitter

All the connection leads necessary for connecting the transmitter to an audio source - like a TV or any other sound system - are included, such as an optical TOSLINK cable.

The transmitter serves as storage and docking station, atthe same time recharging the receiver's battery. A fully charged battery will last 6 to 8 hours, depending on the setvolume. Two batteries are included, so these can be used andrecharged alternatingly.

A button on the front of the sonumaxx-2.4-transmitter serves to select one of three sound profile presets, so the user can choose which one suits him best.

Listen to your TV, disturb nobody and switch to conversation amplifier if needed.

The housing of the stethoscope receiver and the pocket receiver as well as their controls are identical. an especially convenient feature is the possibility to switch the sonumaxx 2.4 receiver from the TV sound to a conversation by the push of a button. An inbuilt microphone will then pick up the sounds of the environment and the sonumaxx-2.4 amplifies and delivers them to your ears.

The receiver of the sonumaxx-2.4 with its stethoscope design is comfortable to wear, without causing unpleasant pressure on the ears - thanks to the soft exchangeable silicone rubber earbuds and the very flexible

The pocket receiver

The pocket receiver offers maximum personalization. The 3.5 mm stereo jack port allows the connection of a wide variety of commonly available listening components, such as earphones, headphones or neckloops.
