This is the perfect pedal for anyone wanting to try out clip-in style pedals. These pedals feature a combination of a traditional flat style pedal with a Click'R clip-in pedal in the middle. This means that you can use non-cycling specific shoes or Click'R equipped shoes on the same pedal. Great for a quick commute with clip-in shoes, but equally as good for riding on the weekend in casual shoes.
The Shimano Click'R cleats clip in easily with a downward push of the foot and unclip just as easily with a slight turn of the ankle. Both sides of the pedal have an Click'R fitting so there's never any problem with upside down pedals.
