The teardrop barspoons are very sleek without the OHS worries of getting stabbed by a rogue trident barspoon. Hell, half the bars I know wouldn't even use the spear for handling garnishes.

A moderately weighted bar spoon.

30cm is the most commonly sought after size as it allows more stability and control when stirring.
