AG 40L Mixer AG Equipment

Brand new 40 liter counter-top or free standing mixer with a maximum (wet) dough capacity of 13.5kg. Combining an industry leading 2100 watt motor with variable three speed transmission, this mixer has plenty of torque at the beater shaft for maximum batch sizes. The BFA series of planetary mixers come with three agitators to quickly beat eggs, whisk cream and mix dough and cake mixes. They have hand-turned wheels which lower and raise the bowls; the frames are made from cast iron for strength and rigidity with all ball bearings and needle bearings sealed to protect from foodstuff and moisture damage. Durable powder coated finishes are used on surfaces not constructed of stainless steel. Extensive use of stainless steel means quick clean-up and long life. The planetary cover, beater shaft, all agitator shafts, bowl, whip wires, control handles, and bowl clamps are all constructed of stainless steel and the mixer runs on a 15 Amp 240V plug. Planetary mixers are NOT recommended for exclusive dough use. If you plan to mix dough for bread, dumplings, pizza or similar then you need a Spiral mixer.
