Directions: 

• After washing your feet, put on the pair of plastic socks and secure around each ankle using the enclosed pieces of adhesive tape. It's recommended that you place a pair of your own fabric socks over the plastic socks and remain seated 
• Wear for ONE HOUR then remove and gently wash feet with soap
• Dead skin will start to peel within 5-7 days of the initial application
• Dead skin cells will continue to peel naturally for up to two weeks
• Water activates Baby Foot, so soak your feet daily until the peeling process is complete
