When young UN worker Michael Sullivan (James) gets an assignment to work on the Oil-for-Food Programme, he looks forward to witnessing first-hand the humanitarian aid given by the charity to the innocent citizens of Iraq. However, when he discovers that the head of the programme Costa Passaris (Kingsley) has been accepting bribes from the Iraqi regime, Michael faces a tough decision between his moral ethics or his career.
