When Alexa is transported to a magical land after finding a secret door in the royal garden, she meets a mermaid and a fairy who warn her that the land is in danger of being taken over by the powerful ruler Malucia (Tabitha St. Germain). Can Barbie use her newly-gained friends and magical powers to put an end to Malucia's plans
