The 4-inch Jigging Grubs can be fished vertically in deep water by dropping them down to the strike zone with heavy jigs. This classic fish-catching shape will arouse the senses of fish with its tantalising built-in tail action and Gulp Scent and flavour. They can also be cast and retrieved to work the surface, mid-water, or hopped along the bottom, depending on what species you are targeting.
When targeting flathead in deeper water, allow the lure to sink down to the bottom, and then sharply lift the rod tip to 90 degrees to the surface of the water. Lower the rod and wait for the line to indicate that the lure has hit the bottom again. Repeat this action until you hook a fish, or you reach the boat.
