The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and glass, and the shelving can easily be modified to two levels to accommodate a larger product. Offering optimum visibility, it achieves an appetising presentation and includes convective air-flow and humidity as well as a rear temperature control with separate read-out to ensure accuracy and optimal heating.
