Chromac - CC Binder Medium 250ml - The most versatile Chromacryl medium. An excellent primer used to seal and prepare all painting surfaces. You can also mix Binder Medium with Chromacryl colours to extend the paint which adds gloss to the finished painting. Ideal for glazing techniques and is also an excellent adhesive for collage paper pulp and papier mache applications. Dries to a clear finish
