The American Robert Shaw thermostat, valves, and controls are hard-wearing and reliable offering ease of use for temperature control ranging from 0 to 212C. An oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank minimizes food residue, and it is also equipped with a front screw-on drain pipe for the oil. Includes 2 x nickel-plated frying baskets.
