With the full set you'll select from 5 thicknesses of bands, ranging in difficulty from very easy to very hard. Our bands all have a slack circumference of 210cm. Each band has a resistance range that differs depending on how they are used. The full set ranges from as little as 2.5kg of resistance with the smallest band (red) and reaches as much as 60kg of resistance with the biggest band (green).
