Daiwa TD Black Scratchy Spinning Rod

Introducing the TD Black Series, brought to you by Daiwa! The TD Black series of spin rods has been developed with a new blank design, featuring HVF Nanoplus blanks. The team at Daiwa have introduced Nano resin into the HVF graphite fibre to create a lighter, yet more durable blank with maximum graphite density. The TD Black series features Daiwa's latest carbon technology - Braiding X - a high density carbon weave which not only creates a blank with maximum density, but also reduces blank twist. The rods feature ergonomically designed Air Sensor reel seats and neoprene grips to ensure superior comfort and ultimate balnce and control in-hand. Daiwa have also decked out the TD Black Series with Fuji Alconite K guides, which feature a lightweight construction and tangle-free design. For the ultimate angler experience, the TD Black series have been developed with V-Joint, which improves the curve and action of the rod under compression whilst battling it out on the water. The V-Joint is made from Bias carbon, which is wrapped at 45 degrees, ensuring perfect shape memory and allowing the joint to return to its original position once the force on the blank is lifted. The TD Series includes a rod perfect for every angler - such as the Scratchy Spin Rod- which is a light action rod with fast taper, 1-5g cast weight and 1.5-3kg recommended line weight.
