TRIPLE GLAZED GLASS DOOR
Our oven doors feature multiple layers of glass that keep heat locked inside, providing more efficient cooking and keeping the outside of the oven cool and safe to touch. Each layer can be easily removed when cleaning is needed.
DURASTONE PLUS ENAMEL
The oven cavity is made from our Durastone Plus enamel. This enamel has a higher glass content. The smooth surface reduces fat and oil build up. Cleaning is as quick as a wipe with a cloth soaked in a small amount of dishwashing liquid after each use.
CATALYTIC LINERS
Catalytic Liners are designed to assist in oven cleaning by absorbing grease residue. At high temperatures, the grease is converted into ash and can be wiped away once the oven has cooled.
OVEN COOLING SYSTEM
DeLonghi ovens are equipped with an innovative cooling system The system is designed to minimise heat transfer, by circulating cool air around the door and oven. This system ensures the external surface of the oven remains cool to touch.
