These Deluxe Boot Covers are just what you need to finish off your Pirate costume. Made from black vinyl, the boot tops have an extra layer at the top with lace up feature. The bottom sits on top of the shoe (similar to spats) with gold buttons on the outside to add that deluxe look. Elastics go underneath the foot to hold the covers on firmly.
