Cedarwood essential oil has antiseptic and diuretic properties, and can help soothe dry coughs and respiratory complains. Cedarwood essential oil can be used as a hair tonic to promote growth and improve the condition of the scalp.

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100mls carrier oil

Face massage blend: 1 drop of oil in 5mls carrier oil

Bath: Add up to 5 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.

Steam treatment (face and respiratory system): add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding.

Blends well with: bergamot, cypress, frankincense, juniper, lavender, lemon, lime, neroli, sandalwood. Cedarwood may be sensitising to the skin and is not to be used during Pregnancy.
