The CG9-61H 6 Burner with Oven and Neutral Cabinet from the Fagor 900 Series is a natural gas powered unit designed with high performance and efficiency in mind. It offers 4 open hobs with cast iron burners and trivets fitted with safety valves, thermocouples, and pilots for ignition. Built-in handles, grease collection trays, and a tilted control panel makes the cookers in this range ergonomically unbeatable. An auxiliary neutral cabinet is incorporated as a storage solution. It features a thermostatic control range of 130C 350C, and the 2/1 GN oven is built from stainless steel with a tubular burner. Built with the highest operating powers on the market, this robust unit is ideal for large kitchens.
