Heat Pump Technology Instead of heating air in the dryer drum with an element, this dryer uses an energy efficient heat pump to create heat to dry the clothes. Instead of just pumping the hot air out, it is pumped into an evaporator, where it is dehumidified and the warm air is returned to the drum. It is a closed loop circuit that offers typical electricity savings of 40-60% compared to a good quality condensing or vented dryer.
Better Clothes care Because the Heat pump dryer uses an energy efficient heat exchange system, the air temperature inside the drum is considerably lower than a conventional dryer. Using a lower temperature to dry the load means your clothes are dried gently with less shrinkage. It may take a little longer, but the results speak for themselves.
Easy Installation Installation is easy as no venting is required. If you want to drain the moisture from your dryer automatically, rather than use the tank, a hose is provided that can fit into your washer standpipe.
