The S36(T) GasMax 6 Burner Oven Range with Flame Failure is built for durability and safety. Offering a generous working area, this units are avialble in either LPG or Natural Gas versions, both fitted with 6 heavy duty burners with flat trivets and a temperature range from 100C to 320C. The stainless steel construction includes stainless steel drip pans and an aluminum backboard, and will fit 4 x 1/1 GN pans. Robert Shaw controls, pilot light switch and rear castors on the oven ensure easy access for cleaning and general mobility to suit any work environment.
