These supersized giant 90cm high (King) pieces are ideal for outdoor play.
Made from durable plastic this set can be played by all ages. Set comes complete with 32 regulation pieces. The central section of the individual pieces can be omitted to lower heights of the pieces to the same as the 60cm plastics sets. The size of the set is determined by the height of the king.
Each playing piece consists of a base, central section and upper unit. Ballast can be added to the base in the form of water / sand to maintain stability in high winds.
Please note board sold separately, an ideal size board or playing mat would be 3m x 3m or for this 'lifesize' set, upsize to the 4.8m x 4.8m nylon mat.

One set requires 4 chess storage bags when packing pieces away fully assembled.
