The glitter gel can be applied with your fingers or with a brush or sponge. The fine cosmetic grade polyester glitter is suspended in a water based gel. We note that the granules of glitter are quite fine (much finer than the photos might suggest) which makes this product even more fabulous in real life. We love how the light glitters off each piece. The Ultra Glitter has an iridescent look which is very pretty.
