Kevin Connolly directs this biographical crime drama about the life of New York gangster John Gotti (John Travolta). After rising up through the ranks to become the head of one of the biggest criminal organisations in the US, the Gambino crime family in New York, Gotti soon becomes known for his flamboyant style and ruthless nature. Meanwhile, his son John Gotti Jr. (Spencer Lofranco) becomes a made man in 1988 and is earmarked to follow in his father's footsteps as the heir to the Gambino throne.
