The infuser keeps tea leaves out of your final cup - but it has another function that s quite unique. When the steep is complete, you can lift and lock the infuser above the brewed tea to avoid over extraction and bitterness, allowing you to use the teapot as a server as well.

Hario Teaor Tea Server Instructions:

• Insert 5g of your favorite loose leaf tea.
• Fill the pot with 450ml of water that s heated according to your tea type.
• Steep for 2-4 minutes, lift and lock the infuser, pour, and enjoy.
