To achieve the Cobalt's elegance, the finest injection moulded 90% tungsten goes through a 6-stage manufacturing process.
First, the front of the dart is turned using Harrows new Japanese computer numerical controlled machinery. It is then treated with a tough, blue titanium nitride coating and re-machined to leave a stunning, dual-function, grip. The back of the dart then undergoes the same process but with the final cut producing both forward and reverse grip protrusions.
The finished darts have a precise, all-over, grip, an exquisite blue and black finish, are match weighed to +/- 0.05 grams and teamed with new Supergrip Fusion shafts and Retina flights to complete the sophisticated look.
