EN-DTC Rubber Compound Lowers Rolling Resistance
The tread pattern on the tyre is configured for reduced rolling resistance and features the new EN-DTC rubber compound. This dual tread rubber balances wear and grip to provide a more responsive ride, letting the knobs do the work of control and braking on the ground. EN-DTC rubber compound tyres also show less wear than other similar tyres.

ATC (Advanced Trail Casing)
The Kenda Nevegal 2 PRO tyre casing benefits from the latest in material technology featuring Advanced Trail Casing (ATC). Optimised for enduro and trail riding, this casing uses a layer of SCT on the sidewalls and a K-Armor belt under the tread area. K-Armor allows for a tighter weave and the use of less rubber, resulting in a lighter tyre and a casing that is supple enough to allow the knobs to flex and form under load, yet still protects from pinch flats or casing tears. Kenda actually claim it increases puncture resistance by an impressive 174% over traditional aramid breakers.
