A smooth, silent, and consistent cadence is the result of a heavy duty belt drive and magnetic flywheel. Select from 1-8 levels of manual resistance at the turn of a dial, with variation of the resistance coming from shifting the magnet further and closer to the flywheel.

Stay informed while you exercise with the LCD display console. Track all your critical workout data with the display, including your speed, time, distance, and paired with your hand pulse sensors, the display will track your heartrate.
