The Lutec "MELIC" 10W is the latest dimmable recessed 90mm cut-out LED downlight constructed with cast aluminium housing and trim that's ideal for retrofit and new construction housings.

This MELIC downlight features a 60 degree narrow beam angle and adjustable head allowing the user to focus the light to a desired area.

Once the downlight is installed, MELIC features an IP (Ingress Protection) rating of IP44. This signifies it is protected against dust and splashes of water.

This MELIC LED Downlight features a White finish and is the perfect solution for replacing existing recessed downlights and lamps with the latest energy efficient LED fixture.

The MELIC downlight is fitted with lead and plug for easy installation also it comes with screw terminal adapter to allow wiring directly into the LED driver unit. In terms of quality, the MELIC was designed to be energy efficient without sacrificing the quality of construction or LED lighting.

The MELIC Downlight produces 950-Lumens of light while using only 10-Watt of energy. The product lifespan is rated for at least 35,000-hours, which comes out to 11.9-years if used every day for 8-hours.

On the Colour Rendering Index (CRI) scale, the MELIC scores above 80. This means that under this light, your reds will be redder and your blues will be bluer regardless of the colour temperature.
