These Power Lifting Strap are with neoprene padding designed to support the hand to remove most of the strain of the hand, assists with heavy lifting and to improve the grip. Ideal for dead lifts and various other exercises.
When using these straps, coil the strap around the bar once or twice to ensure tight fit to do your lift workout.
These Australian designed wrist straps are 55cm Long and are 50 mm wide (21.6). The extended length straps allow to wrap the bar several times. The lifting strap are constructed with thick 100% cotton and thick neoprene padding, to provide extra comfort and grip when lifting weights.
