Before his death in 2007, Michael Jackson was commonly regarded as the world's leading authority on whisky. This edition is updated by Dominic Roskrow and Gavin D. Smith. Domicic Roskrow is the former editor of Whisky Magazine and the author of the Collins Gem and DK Eyewitness guides to whisky, among other titles. He runs his own whisky consultancy and is a Keeper of the Quaich. Gavin D. Smith is one of the world's foremost whisky writers, with a dozen published books on the subject.
