It also has a latched door on top of the litter pan that lifts up, allowing you to clean the inside without removing the hood.

With the hooded cover and carbon filter, litter odours are contained and the contents are hidden. The Flip Cat litter tray not only contains odours and mess, but also provides privacy for your cat. A litter scoop that easily clips into roof of the hood is included, keeping it hidden when not in use.
