The Mumme pit bar can be used for digging holes and trenches, removing tree roots, and breaking up rocks. It has a 22mm round shaft and 65mm wide blade forged from spring alloy steel for strength and resilience. It features a forged head for tamping down soil around posts. The blade is forged down to a fine edge with an 8 degree set providing greater leverage. The blade is heat treated to give a long service life.
