The stocky board has a recess that surrounds the outside perimeter and prevents any sauces from running over the edge and spilling onto the table, while a round cut-out (measuring 70()mm) provides space for a ramekin or gravy boat. After the meal is finished, your staff can easily pick up board due to the cut-outs on the bottom edge.
