How To Use:
Carefully line your lips with your favorite Palladio lip liner (Casey's favorite is our Precision Lip Liner). Using the rounded doe-foot applicator, apply the product on the outline of the lips and then shade in the inner part of the lip. Smooth out the product all over the lip and leave it to dry to a matte finish.
