The Recycle Ball is a great idea - Planet Dog takes their leftover material and makes productive use of it. Recycle Balls are made from "regrind" - 100% 1st quality Orbee-Tuff material that would otherwise be discarded. They literally make these toys based on whatever colour scraps they have.
