This blast chiller has self closing doors, 70mm of insulation to ensure great thermal efficiency and a huge 10 x GN 1/1 capacity. This shock freezer will chill 40kg of food from and 70C to -3C in 90 mins and freeze 28kg food from and 70C to -18C in 240 mins - perfect for the professional restaurant.
