True to its name, the PREPAL Heavy Duty Planetary Mixer is built to meet the demands of constant, hard-wearing use in today's hospitality industry. This 3-speed mixer is equipped with a standard stainless steel dough hook, wire whisk, flat beater, stainless steel mixing bowl, and safety guard, and offers a generous capacity of 20L, making it ideal for large batches. Emphasising safety and ease of use, it features a 30 minute timer that automatically stops the mixer once the timer ends, and a safety cut-switch temporarily interrupts the power if the gears or changed without stopping the mixer. It includes an interlocked bowl lift and a bowl guard opening, and arrives with a 6 ft. cord with plug.
