The TDE-106-HD Professional Plus is the ultimate all-in-one, heavy duty combi cook station from Primax in Italy. This oven is suitable for any type of pastry or gastronomy and can even cook different dishes on different trays simultaneously without affecting the taste or smell of any of the dishes!

The TDE ovens are fitted with an easy-to-use touchscreen which gives the user the ability to program up to 300 menu items, each with 6-phase cooking capabilities. Multi phase cooking gives you the ability to set different temperatures and times for each phase. So you can set it to pre-heat - that's phase 1. Then phase 2 is a cooking phase at a set temperature and phase 3 or stage 3 is cooking at a different temperature for a set period and stage 4 is resting the product at a certain temperature and so on. This means that after menus have been created and saved, any kitchen hand is able to cook like a chef at the touch of a button!

The oven also includes an automatic self cleaning system, which is by far most user's favorite feature. USB input, stainless steel construction with a glossy exterior finish, accommodates 6 x 1/1 GN trays (comes with 2 x 1/1 GN trays.) The tray supports are fully adjustable and easily removed for cleaning. The door is double glazed and opens from left to right. Interlocking door seals and rounded internal edges in the cooking chamber, as well as internal lighting and automatic two speed fans.
