The 4oz Richter Chisel metal jig is the second-largest lure in the range, and is one of the sizes that you should have in your tackle box when targeting deep water fish species, as the extra weight in the jig will help you reach the bottom quicker, and you will be able to use it when there is a bit more current running.
This lure can also be used for spinning or trolling, whether it s from boats, shore, reef, surf or rocks. For best results, vary speed and angle of retrieve, choose different sizes and colours to match the available baitfish in the area. Medium to heavy tackle will be needed to work these lures to their optimum potential.
It is a reliable lure for many types of fish, from tailor and Australian salmon to big GTs and yellowtail kings. They are designed with a shiny chrome body with coloured prism tape, and are a must for the angler who likes fighting big fish.
