The iXpand Flash Drive also includes encryption software that lets you password-protect files, so you can share your content while keeping sensitive files secure across your devices. SanDisk has received reports from some customers that the iXpand Sync application is not detecting the iXpand Flash Drive when plugged into an iPhone or iPad. After troubleshooting this issue, internal testing shows that the issue is a result of a bug in iOS 9.3.1 and that the issue does not occur in devices running iOS 9.3.2 beta or earlier versions of iOS. As an iOS application developer, SanDisk has reported the issue and expect the official release of iOS 9.3.2 to resolve the issue fully.
