The hearth pad has been specifically designed for a straight wall installation for Scandia Warmbrite 140, Warmbrite 200 and Warmbrite 300 models. It also suits many generic makes and models of wood heaters (check specific requirements of intended heater).
Australian standards require all wood heaters to be located a hearth when the floor is made of a combustible material.
Scandia hearth pads are manufactured using a non-combustible material which is designed to be placed under a freestanding heater or in front of an inbuilt heater to protect the timber, carpet or vinyl floor beneath. They have a decorative, honed aluminium edge on all exposed edges for long‑term durability and superior strength.
