Selleys FlameFlex high performance sealant can be used for construction joints &; gaps where a fire rated seal is specified*, and can be used for construction joints for walls, windows &; doors in bushfire prone areas^. It can be used where an acoustic rated seal is needed. Compared to traditional polyurethane sealants it gives a more durable seal with superior UV weather resistance.
