The Shimano Raider Spin Rod has been crafted with a high modulus graphite construction with ergonomically-shaped high grade EVA foam split grips where applicable for increased comfort. The team at Shimano have developed this rod with strong but lightweight, 24 ton toray graphite and Fuji Aluminium Oxide Guides for concise castability. Natural cork grips have been included for increased sensitivity and durability. Cork is not only ergonomical and lightweight, but it resists bacteria and will not degrade or age cosmetically! The Shimano Raider Spin Rods are available in many sizes and weights, and are also available in a two-piece format for travellers or anglers with minimal storage space!
