As Reddington reveals to Cooper that he has access to other wanted fugitives and can help the FBI to track them down, Cooper's intrigue gets the better of him and he allows Reddington into the FBI. In this season, with Reddington and Liz (Megan Boone) on the run from the authorities, they reach out to a contact who claims to be able to get them out of the city. Meanwhile, Cooper is interrogated to find out what he knows about the fugitives' whereabouts.
