The Hawker's Pot started out as a blog in 2009 and then developed into a series of postcards of cartoons. Some of the jokes in the book took a long time - sometimes years - to make up. The result is a clever and ingenious take on puns and the many - often puzzling - ambiguities of language.
About the Author
Bill Jones is a writer, illustrator and performer. Since 2009 he has written a regular blog of jokes and cartoons. He also performs stand-up as Miserable Malcolm, a depressed poet. He lives in Gloucestershire.
