Includes:

1 x Witch nose - skin coloured with wart; white thin elastic to hold to the head if needed
1 x Witch chin - skin coloured; you may need some form of skin adhesive such as spirit gum to or tape to hold the chin to your face
1 x Black witches hat - shiny black fabric with wire around the outside.
1 x Plastic teeth - top and bottom in one piece; green tone
10 x Black plastic claws - fit on the ends of your fingers

Note that this set is a budget quality but great value for money if you are wanted to keep costs down this Halloween.
