Basic Yama Cold Drip Brewing Instructions:

• Grind coffee beans at a medium setting.
• Pour into the middle beaker over the ceramic filter - then top with a paper filter.
• Add water and ice to upper beaker.
• Set drip rate to 1 drop per 1.5 seconds and watch the magic happen for 8-12 hours.

The cold brew can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Make a glass of iced coffee or use the concentrate to craft other creative cold brew drinks.

The glass parts are made with Yama s borosilicate glass, the frame is crafted from rubber tree wood, and the dripper is a durable brass.
