What is TENS

TENS, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, means electrical stimulation of nerves through the skin. It is a non-medical method of treating pain from certain causes. TENS uses tiny electrical impulses sent through the skin to nerves to modify your pain perception. TENS does not cure any physiological problem; it only helps control the pain. 1. Connect the wire to the provided self adhesive pads (2 or 4 pads only)

2. Remove the self adhesive pads from the plastic sheet

3. Place the pads onto the desired location on your skin

4. Plug the leads intop into the device
